Effective date: October 18, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Financial Dayglow website, customer dashboard and mobile applications, collectively referred to as the “Service.”

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accepting these Terms when registering, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not register.

Your account creation and any offer terms presented form part of your agreement with us. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

2. About Financial Dayglow

Financial Dayglow provides personal financial organization tools to help you track assets, investments, cash, bills, debts, budgets, expenses and financial progress.

Available features may include financial summaries, scheduled payment tracking, recurring due dates, budgeting categories, spending records and reminders.

Financial Dayglow does not hold your money, pay your bills, execute trades or contact lenders on your behalf through these tracking features.

3. Financial information and advice

The Service provides organizational tools and general information. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting or credit advice.

Calculations, projections, market information and exchange rates may be estimates, delayed or dependent on information you enter. They do not guarantee future results.

Confirm balances, payment amounts, due dates and other important information with your financial institution or lender before making decisions. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and payments.

4. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Provide accurate registration information and keep your account details current. Protect your password and other sign-in credentials, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Do not share your account in a way that allows another person to access your private financial information. Each customer account is intended for that customer’s personal use.

5. Currency defaults and your choice

New customer dashboards default to a supported currency based on country-level IP location, with USD as the fallback. You can change your currency using the dashboard’s currency selector. Your choice is saved with your account and takes priority over location-based defaults on later visits and signed-in devices.

Record currency identifies the currency of amounts you enter and can be selected before financial amounts are saved. After that, record currency is locked. Display currency can be changed to view converted summaries; this does not rewrite saved amounts. Display conversions are estimates and may differ from bank or payment-provider rates.

6. Your records and budgeting

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, including balances, currencies, payment amounts, recurrence schedules, income and expenses.

A scheduled bill or debt payment is a planned obligation. It is not proof that a payment was made. An outstanding debt balance is not necessarily the amount currently due.

Upcoming obligations and recorded actual spending may be treated differently in budgeting calculations. Review your entries to avoid recording the same expense more than once.

Keep independent copies of important financial records and verify information after making changes.

7. Reminders and notifications

Reminders depend on your saved records, timezone, permissions, device settings and service availability.

Notifications may be delayed, silent or undelivered because of network conditions, operating system restrictions, battery settings or other factors. A reminder is not a guarantee that a payment is due or has been paid.

You remain responsible for checking payment obligations and making payments on time. Update one-time due dates after paying and review recurring schedules when obligations change.

8. Privacy and support submissions

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information, and how you can exercise applicable privacy rights.

Financial records, support messages and uploaded bug-report images may contain sensitive information. Remove unnecessary personal information before submitting screenshots. Never include passwords, complete card numbers or sign-in codes.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You permit us to process it as needed to provide the Service, respond to support requests and address technical problems, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Access another customer’s account or information without permission.

  • Introduce malicious software or interfere with the Service.

  • Submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access, scraping or security testing.

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, branding and original content belong to us or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your personal purposes while your account is authorized. This does not transfer ownership of our software or branding.

11. Availability and service changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but maintenance, outages and technical errors may occur.

We may improve or change features.

12. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, serious breaches of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Account suspension does not remove other rights required by law.

Account deletion and data retention are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Warranties and liability

We will provide the Service with reasonable care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations or any particular financial outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer entries, missed payments, investment decisions or third-party failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory warranties and consumer remedies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and will publish the revised version with its effective date. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a complaint or claim through a court, regulator or other process available under applicable law.
